STEP 1 Information Gathering

Franchisee/Franchisor due diligence and information gathering from one another.
Prospective franchisee completes personal financial statement and franchise application.
Prospective franchisee downloads and reviews brochures and all franchise information from web site.

STEP 2 Preliminary Interviews

Phone or person to person interview will take place.
Review by franchisor of materials and forms. Send UFOC (Prospectus) and receive signed copy back.

STEP 3 Interview/Approval Process

Prospective franchisee meets with departments and department heads to discuss program.
Prospective franchisee meets with Executive team.
Prospective franchisee discusses terms and area with Robert Favero, Director of franchise development.
Development Agreement is signed.

STEP 4 Site Acceptance Process

Franchisee submits Site Acceptance Form.
Iggy’s Sports Grill’s franchise or real estate representative visits and inspects site options.
Iggy’s Sports Grill accepts/rejects sites submitted.

STEP 5 Construction Process

Franchisee is furnished one set of current prototype plans.
Target Opening Date is determined at beginning of construction. (Punch List must be completed no later than one week prior to anticipated opening date.)
Iggy’s Sports Grill’s Construction Manager will visit the site near completion of construction to inspect and provide a final punch list to be completed by franchisee.
